How to reduce holiday expenses: life hacks from a travel expert.

Travelers are always looking for ways to save on trips. To do this, they use various tricks - from choosing the cheapest flights to creative approaches in booking accommodation and planning itineraries. Travel expert Daniel Clark from Parklink shared his tricks that always help him reduce holiday expenses during the festive period.
"The key to a cheaper holiday is to plan ahead, be as flexible as possible, and do your own research. The more money you save in the planning stage of your holiday vacation, the more money you'll have left for treats and mulled wine when you're there!"
Clark emphasized that tourists who simply trust the choice of a tour agent without additional research will pay much more money than if they were to search for the best options themselves. He advises checking the cost of plane tickets and hotel accommodations in detail, as agents often add a commission.
Clark recommends budget travelers to be flexible in choosing a departure date, opting for the lowest ticket prices. He also advises looking for accommodation outside the city center, where prices are more affordable, with good transport links or safe parking. It is also worth considering private apartments as an alternative to classic hotels, as they can be cheaper and more conveniently located.
