The fighter, who was considered missing, was met from captivity in Vinnytsia region.


In the village of Dashkivtsi, Vinnytsia region, Volodymyr Tkachenkо appeared, who had been declared missing since April last year. The man had been in captivity of Russian occupiers for a long Time, but thanks to a prisoner exchange he managed to return home.
The Tkachenkо family lived in uncertainty and eagerly awaited his return. They constantly prayed and hoped for a happy ending. Now their prayers have been answered and they are happy again.
150 heroes returned home
Ukraine managed to rescue 150 military personnel and returned them home. Among them were representatives of various military formations, including the Navy, Air Force, Airborne Assault Troops, Ground Forces, National Guard, border guards, and police. Some of them were injured and require treatment and rehabilitation.
25 Ukrainian defenders also returned, who were freed after long and hard years in captivity.
