Participated in fierce battles as part of the special unit 'Kraken'. Let's remember Oleksiy Pchelinskyi.


Every day at 9 AM, Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russo-Ukrainian war. Today we will remember Oleksiy Pchelinskyi.
Defending the homeland from the enemy, Oleksiy Pchelinskyi from Fastiv died in the Zaporizhzhia direction. This was reported by the Fastiv City Council.
Oleksiy Pchelinskyi was born on July 21, 1984, in the city of Fastiv. He studied until the 9th grade at general education school No. 7 and entered railway college No. 17 in Kyiv. After school, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and then worked as a long-haul truck driver.
Oleksiy always dreamed of starting his own business and he was able to realize this dream. He was determined and wise and even at an older age entered a higher educational institution.
Since the full-scale invasion, Oleksiy took up the defense of his country. Initially, he served in the 208th battalion of the 114th Territorial Defense Brigade, where he successfully carried out a diversionary operation in the occupied territory of Kyiv region (the village of Kopyliv), aimed at destroying enemy equipment and personnel.
He also participated in battles for Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, and liberated Kharkiv region. Oleksiy was awarded the 'Steel Cross', the medal 'For Courage in Battle', and 'Unbreakable Heroes of the Russo-Ukrainian War'.
Later, he passed selection for the assault special unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate 'Kraken' and participated in fierce battles, for which he was awarded honors and orders, including 'For Military Merits'.
Oleksiy died in battle on December 26, 2024, in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
He was passionately devoted to his children - daughter Victoria, son Nazar, and wife Oksana. He always supported his parents, loved ones, and friends.
In mourning are his wife Oksana, children Nazar and Victoria, parents, brothers Ruslan and Oleksandr with their families, uncle Roman with his family.
We honor all fallen heroes
'Hlavkom' joins the moment of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died fighting for their homeland. We remember those who fell at the hands of Russian invaders, lighting candles in memory and bowing our heads in mourning during the nationwide moment of silence, honoring the bright memory of citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military, civilians, and children, all who perished in the struggle against Russian occupiers and as a result of the attack of enemy troops on Ukrainian cities and villages.
