Britain will provide Ukraine with over 2.9 billion dollars using frozen Russian assets.

Ukraine will receive a loan of 2.26 billion pounds sterling from Great Britain. These funds will be directed to support the country's military expenses. Specifically, this includes investing in air defense, artillery, and other equipment necessary for conducting the war with Russia. In addition, this loan is added to the annual military assistance from Great Britain to Ukraine, amounting to 3 billion pounds sterling. The loan itself is part of the "G7 Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration (ERA) Loans to Ukraine" scheme, under which G7 countries provide Ukraine with 50 billion dollars for various needs, including military and budgetary. It should be noted that Great Britain is the first country among the G7 to launch such a loan mechanism.
