British intelligence revealed a new tactic of the Russian Federation with injured soldiers.

British intelligence reported a new method of action by the Russian military command during the war in Ukraine.
According to the British intelligence service, Russian military units are creating assault groups made up of wounded soldiers who are sent back to the front lines too early.
According to publicly available sources, such cases have been recorded in the 20th Army of the Russian Federation, where wounded soldiers often have to return to combat missions with unhealed wounds, often on crutches.
'It is highly likely that wounded Russian servicemen are returning to combat tasks in Ukraine with unhealed wounds, often on crutches,' reported representatives of British intelligence.
Experts believe that this is an attempt by the Russian command to distribute the burden on the overloaded medical system. Instead of receiving appropriate treatment at rear medical institutions, wounded soldiers are ordered by their commanders to return to their units earlier.
This indicates serious problems in the medical support of the Russian army and shifts the burden of medical care directly onto military units.
Earlier, British intelligence assessed Russia's losses in 2024.
