Some Ukrainians will not be able to get deferment from mobilization from August 1: list.

Ukrainians were told who would be denied the right to deferment from mobilization.
As reported by "Khvilya", this is stated in law No. 3633-IX.
So, mobilization in Ukraine continues and in a few days some Ukrainians may lose their right to deferment from the draft. Thus, it will not be available for ten categories of citizens.
According to the current law No. 3633-IX, some conscripted citizens of Ukraine will not be able to get deferment from mobilization from August 1, 2024.
In particular, deferment from August 1 will not be granted to the following categories of Ukrainian citizens:
- students and postgraduates studying in part-Time or evening forms;
- students and postgraduates obtaining a second or third higher education;
- men with many children who are in arrears with alimony payments (the amount of the debt must exceed three months of payments, but in case of repayment and timely payment, deferment can be arranged);
- single parents, if the mother has not been deprived of parental rights, not declared dead or missing, not serving a sentence;
- persons working in enterprises, institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Defense;
- persons with the status of "limited fit" – due to the abolition of this category (if the MCC recognizes the man as fit);
- men who have been recognized as healthy after a repeated MCC;
- half-siblings of soldiers who died in the war (only full siblings have the right).
In addition to this, deferment from mobilization for caring for a person with a disability is now also impossible if it is a disability of group III. The same applies to people with disabilities of group I and II – a conscript does not have the right to arrange it if there are other relatives who can take care of such a person.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense said who would be called up first after updating the data at the TCC.
