Olympic champion of Mexico 1968 Volodymyr Ivanov harshly commented on the refusal of Italian "Perugia" volleyball player Oleg Plotnytsky to play for the national team of Ukraine.

Volodymyr Ivanov immediately reacted to Oleg Plotnytsky's refusal to represent the Ukrainian national team and expressed his dissatisfaction with this decision. Volodymyr believes that such a refusal is unacceptable and calls it muddled.
