Czechia plans to change the rules for providing shelter for refugees.

The Czech government intends to adopt a migration bill by the end of the parliamentary term. This was reported by České noviny, citing statements from representatives of all coalition parties after a meeting on March 12, which also included representatives of the opposition.
Within the coalition, the 'Czech Pirate Party' and 'Freedom and Direct Democracy' proposed serious changes aimed at strengthening migration rules in the country. Among the main points are the expedited deportation of illegal migrants, increased checks on asylum applicants, and reduced assistance to unlawful applicants for international protection.
Earlier, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala stated that the goal of the new law is to set the indicators for potential migrants regarding the difficulty of entering the country.
In addition, the famous Ukrainian singer and showman Andriy Danilko, known worldwide for his performances under the pseudonym Verka Serduchka, was unable to leave the country due to a decision by the Ministry of Culture to suspend the issuance of exit permits. Danilko's concerts in London, Alicante, Munich, Frankfurt, and Prague were postponed. A series of concerts in Europe was scheduled for March.
