Today, April 17, Ukrainians celebrate Fire Protection Day. This holiday honors those who risk their lives every day to save others, fight fires, and protect people and their property from natural disasters.
The celebration was established in 2013 by a decree of Viktor Yanukovych. Its purpose is to recognize the important role of firefighters in ensuring the safety of citizens, to support the initiatives of public organizations, and to address emergencies related to fires and their consequences.
Dear rescuers! You are real heroes who always come to the aid. We wish you good health, patience, and strong nerves in your difficult tasks!
