Early retirement: Ukrainians told the conditions when it is possible.

Ukrainians can take advantage of additional opportunities for early retirement. This information was shared by pension affairs expert Serhii Korobkin in his video review.
"Men working in agricultural production are entitled to a pension at the age of 55 with a total service record of at least 30 years, 20 of which must be in the specified job,"explained Korobkin.
For women who are tractor drivers and construction machinery operators, the conditions are slightly different: a pension at 55 can be received with a total service record of at least 25 years, of which 15 years must be in the relevant job.
Dairymaids, milking machine operators, and pig-swine operators form a separate category. They can receive early retirement benefits with 20 years of service in these jobs and compliance with established service standards.
The expert cited an example of a court precedent in the Vinnytsia region from 2021, when "a woman was denied a pension because of the absence of a service standards certificate. However, the court recognized that she worked as both a pig-swine operator and a dairymaid on a regular basis and there was no evidence of her failing to meet service standards".
Textile industry workers also have the right to a pension at 55 with at least 20 years of service in the relevant jobs according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 583 dated October 12, 1992.
Special conditions are provided for drivers of urban public transport and heavy trucks. Men need 30 years of total service (of which 12.5 years in the mentioned jobs), and women need 25 years (of which 10 years of special service).
