The number of bureaucratic tasks in the Ukrainian army has decreased, but still needs to be optimized
The commander of the reconnaissance company and Hero of Ukraine Yuri Zhukovets reported that a significant part of the working Time of Ukrainian military is spent on performing bureaucratic tasks. He emphasized the importance of digitizing military reporting, but noted that this process is still in its early stages.
According to Zhukovets, although the supply for the military has improved compared to various indicators, the number of people in the army has decreased. He also noted that keeping journals of reporting takes a lot of time for commanders, so he hopes that the transition to a digital system will increase the number of journals and reports in digital format.
The commander pointed out that currently the platoon or company commander has about 30 reporting journals and several types of reports, which complicates accounting. However, with the introduction of the 'Army+' app, more officials can submit reports and reports in digital format, which significantly simplifies the process and reduces bureaucracy time.

The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitization Katerina Chernogorenko stated that the app also offers online training. The government has also adopted a resolution that simplifies the submission of reports for a change of duty station through the 'Army+' app.
