The deputy demands a change in the TCC uniform

Oleksii Honcharenko has addressed the government and the Ministry of Defense with a demand to change the uniform of the employees of the territorial recruitment and social support centers. The MP explained that the military has begun to refuse to wear pixel due to constant misunderstandings and cases of aggression from the public.

In the last year, servicemen have been actively approaching me and asking to do something about the fact that due to the uniform they are constantly confused with the TCC employees. The military have become ashamed to wear pixel. Awkward glances, people run away in different directions just to avoid you, and in extreme cases, it even comes to fighting. Real soldiers who defend our country at the front can no longer wear their own uniform while going out during their vacation. This is unacceptable. And it needs to be resolved. One uniform that should be worn. Another one – for TCC. This is a matter of respect, safety, and justice.

Internet users have also expressed their opinions on this initiative, suggesting various comical options for the TCC uniform. However, many noted that such changes could only deepen the divide in society.

Criticism and conflict

At the end of the article, MP Honcharenko and his initiative were criticized by Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Dmytro Lykhovyi. He accuses the deputy of supporting Putin's propaganda. At the same Time, a conflict situation arose in Kharkiv when a TCC employee aggressively spoke out against a citizen. A service investigation has been initiated regarding this matter, and it is promised that the guilty persons will be punished.

Overall, this story shows the existing problems in forming the pool of mandatory military service in Ukraine, as well as the existing tension between the military and society.
