Kadyrov published a video with captives: why Ukrainians feel joy.

Chechnya's leader threatens to use Ukrainian prisoners as a human shield
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, visited Ukrainian prisoners of war and stated that he would use them as a human shield against drones attacking the republic. This information was published on his Telegram channel.
Many Ukrainian families felt relief upon seeing their loved ones in these frames and experienced joy and gratitude, noting that they are alive.
Social media is actively discussing this video recording, expressing joy and gratitude for the opportunity to see Ukrainian defenders.
Different values of Ukrainian and Russian societies
The Ukrainian society values human life above all. To feel that the captives remain alive even in difficult conditions evokes hope and support.
On the other hand, Russian society has a different perspective on values. The commander of the 'Akhmat' special unit, Apti Alaudinov, previously stated that he rejects prisoners who fell into captivity in Kursk, urging his subordinates to commit suicide.
It’s worth noting that Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov suggested killing one of the Ukrainian captives, and when the latter said he wanted to live, Kadyrov asked, 'Why? In war, they kill. You came out to kill, to die.'
