The head of the 'Fort' State Enterprise of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, reserve colonel Vadim Rudnitsky, received a bonus of 1.5 million UAH and material assistance of over 400 thousand UAH. His annual income currently amounts to more than 2 million UAH.

In August 2024, Rudnitsky purchased a Mazda CX-90 car for 2.6 million UAH, part of which he took out as a loan. Previously, he sold his Skoda Kodiaq for 1 million UAH.

In October 2024, the court granted Rudnitsky's lawsuit against the Pension Fund, obliging them to recalculate his pension. However, the pension fund is appealing the court's decision, and the dispute is still ongoing.

Rudnitsky has service experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine from 1991 to 2018 and held the rank of reserve colonel. He served as the head of a military unit that provided weapons and equipment during the conflict in the east of the country. Later, he worked as a consultant at the 'Ukroboronservice' company.

Since 2019, Rudnitsky has been heading the 'Fort' State Enterprise of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which specializes in the development and production of weapons and special means for law enforcement agencies. For his work, he also received a state award.

Rudnitsky has a significant amount of cash and several accounts with insignificant amounts of money. His wife owns property in the Rivne region, and the family rents out an apartment in Vinnytsia.

The police suspect the management of 'Fort' of misusing budget funds. According to preliminary data, officials purchased machines for 1.7 million dollars that are not fit for use. This may lead to delays in the supply of ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
