Cyberattack on Ukrainian State Registers: Are Previously Obtained Deferrals Still Valid?.

Russia has launched a large-scale cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine
The Deputy Minister of Defense, Kateryna Chernohorenko, reported that Russia has carried out the largest-scale cyber attack on the state registers of Ukraine. This attack caused failures in the operation of some services, but the registers of the Ministry of Defense continue to function normally.
The services of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are currently operating without issues, and electronic reports and military accounting documents are available. However, due to an increase in the number of requests, waiting for a document in the 'Reserve+' system may take a little longer than usual.
Chernohorenko also reported that due to maintenance work in the state registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the receipt of deferrals in the 'Reserve+' system has been temporarily suspended.
All previously obtained deferrals remain valid and are correctly displayed in 'Reserve+'.
A team is currently working to restore the service as soon as possible.
Failure in the operation of some state register services
Due to a failure in the operation of several state registers, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have suspended the provision of some services, including the scrappage of vehicles. The 'Reserve+' application also experienced authorization issues, and some functions were not working due to a technical failure. This was caused by maintenance work in the registers of the Ministry of Justice and updates of the registers by the 'DiiA' company.
