Requirements for Candidates
The officer of the media department of the First Recruitment Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alla Punyko states the reasons why citizens aged 18-24 may be denied the special contract.
The main requirements for candidates are legal age, fitness for military service according to medical and psychological indicators, as well as the absence of criminal records.
'We may refuse a candidate if they did not pass the military-medical commission, do not meet the age requirements, or have a criminal record. But currently, we are seeing more and more eager young people coming to us, and we haven't had any refusals from candidates so far,' emphasized Punyko.
