The President of France will meet with the Presidents of the USA and Ukraine
On Saturday, December 7, French President Emmanuel Macron will hold official meetings with the Presidents of the USA and Ukraine at the Élysée Palace, reports the French news agency AFP.
The meeting with newly elected US President Donald Trump is scheduled for 5:00 PM Kyiv Time, and at 6:00 PM with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. About 50 heads of state have been invited to this event, but the full list of invitees has not yet been published. Donald Trump has already officially confirmed his participation in the ceremony.
On the eve of the event, on November 29, President Macron personally inspected the updated interior of the cathedral. Notably, tickets for the first services in the restored cathedral sold out completely in less than two hours.
After the meetings, Macron also plans to attend the opening ceremony of Notre-Dame Cathedral.
