Mother of TCC official bought an apartment for 2 million UAH.

The mother of the deputy head of the Poltava Regional Territorial Recruitment Center bought an apartment in Poltava for almost 2 million UAH, without having such legal income. This was reported to IRT "Poltava" by the press secretary of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office Olga Postolyuk.
According to Postolyuk, SAP has filed a claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recognize the assets of the TCC employee as unfounded and to confiscate 1.9 million UAH from him in favor of the state.
Based on NACP materials and evidence independently obtained by the SAP prosecutor, it was established that the mother of the official in 2023 purchased a 3-room apartment in the central part of Poltava worth more than 1.9 million UAH, without having sufficient legal income for the purchase. At the same Time, it was established that the official and members of his family actually use the indicated apartment. Given the revealed facts, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recover this asset from the official in favor of the state, the legality of the origin of which is reasonably doubtful. The results of the review will be additionally reported," noted Olga Postolyuk.
Earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court recognized an asset as unfounded and confiscated in favor of the state an apartment worth more than 1.2 million UAH near Vinnytsia, which had been registered in the name of the father of TCC head Roman Poterlevych, 64-year-old pensioner Mykola Poterlevych.
