A resident of Lviv region canceled the refusal of the TCC to grant a deferment through the court.

Employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support denied the conscript a deferment due to caring for a father with a second group of disability.
The man appealed to the court and demanded a review of his case. The judge recognized the TCC's decision as unlawful and obliged them to reconsider the plaintiff's documents.
In January 2025, the man applied to the TCC for a deferment from conscription due to caring for his father. He sent a statement and documents by mail. However, the commission rejected his request, citing the lack of a complete list of documents.
The judge decided that the plaintiff had provided the necessary documents, and the commission did not specify which documents were missing. Therefore, the court recognized the commission's decision as illegal and obliged them to review the plaintiff's deferment documents.
A про decision may be appealed. The government also decided to grant deferments for patients of state and communal medical institutions, such as public health facilities, medical centers, and blood centers.
It should be noted that the presence of a deferment or booking does not exempt citizens from the obligation to appear at the territorial center for staffing and update their data.
