The Ministry of Defense named the number of employees in the TCC.

Spokesman of the Ministry of Defense Dmytro Lazutkin reported that there are 36 thousand people working in the TCC. Of these, more than 7 thousand are civilians. He stated this during a telethon.
Lazutkin added that among the 29 thousand military personnel in the TCC, there are 'quite a lot of those with limited fitness.' According to him, among the military employees, about 3 thousand are women.
It is worth noting that the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada proposes to disband territorial recruitment centers and create more than 10 brigades from their employees to perform combat tasks at the front. This was stated by MP Yulia Yatsyk. She noted that the Ministry of Defense is already working on creating recruitment centers to replace the TCC.
Subsequently, the deputy commander of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, Maksym Zhorin, noted that the idea of disbanding the TCC and introducing some new civilian structure is 'empty populism, not worth discussing.' According to the military, the problem lies not in the structure itself called TCC, but in its corruption.
Also, the spokesman for the Poltava Regional TCC and SP Roman Istomin stated that it is impossible to create any brigade from the personnel of military enlistment offices because they are civilians.
