The Ministry of Defense promises to overcome the issue of paperwork.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine begins the fight against the paperwork catastrophe
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that it plans to reduce bureaucracy and address the problem of the paperwork catastrophe in the Ukrainian army. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohoryenko.
Chernohoryenko posted a photo on social media, which she received from a serviceman. The photo shows a large pile of papers needed for the disposal of 50 FPV drones. Therefore, Kateryna promised to find a solution to this problem within a month.
She also urged military personnel to share their thoughts on the paperwork and the most inconvenient moments.
Paperwork catastrophe. I take a public commitment here to propose, within 1 month, how to solve this, – stated Chernohoryenko.
Military personnel responded to her call and are writing about the aspects of bureaucracy that hinder their work.
Reforms of military medical examination in Ukraine
The Ministry of Defense is conducting a systematic reform of the military medical examination (VLE) in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Electronic referrals for VLE will be available through the app 'Reserve+' as early as January this year.
It is also worth noting that the update of the 'Army+' app has simplified the submission of reports for servicemen. By the way, in 2025, Ukrainian servicemen will have a digital military ID in the Army+ app.
