The Ministry of Defense showcased innovative military developments at the NATO Edge 24 exhibition.

At the NATO Edge 24 exhibition in the USA, new digital developments of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine were presented, which help our military effectively perform tasks on the battlefield.
The Innovation and Defense Technology Development Center presented the following new developments:
the combat system DELTA, which helps in planning operations;
the Avengers platform, which identifies enemy equipment using artificial intelligence;
integration capabilities between DELTA and modern weapons such as the MAGURA sea drones, NEMESIS bombing drones, and the VECTOR reconnaissance UAV.
Lieutenant Colonel Artem Martynenko, Deputy Head of the Innovation Center, spoke about the use of the artificial intelligence platform Avengers, which analyzes video data from drones and stationary cameras. He also noted that the Innovation Center owns a Universal Military Dataset (UMD) - the world's leading detailed annotated dataset of Russian military equipment.
'Ukraine is forced to be a leader in innovations to protect itself and fight against a large and ruthless enemy. We did not choose this reality, but we use every opportunity and available resources to create effective solutions. The large-scale invasion of Russia provided us access to thousands of photos and videos of enemy equipment. We gathered this massive amount of data, organized it, and labeled it. And this helped us create a 'factory' for artificial intelligence models. This became the basis for the development of the Avengers platform,' said Artem Martynenko.
Lieutenant Colonel Yelyzaveta Boyko, Head of the Department of the Innovation Center, spoke about the role of the DELTA system in successfully conducting combat operations. She cited examples of the sinking of the large landing ship 'Cesar Kunikov' and other important Russian ships during naval missions. She also mentioned the destruction of a multi-million-dollar enemy air defense system using a drone worth a thousand US dollars.
'The technologies and solutions we present are not just innovations; they are a true shield of Ukraine, helping our warriors achieve victories and save lives. We are proud that Ukrainian developments play a key role in the fight for freedom and independence,' emphasized Yelyzaveta Boyko.
