A large-scale fire broke out in Chernihiv region after a Russian strike.


This morning, June 2, Russian forces attacked an enterprise in the Chernihiv region, leading to a large-scale fire. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze over an area of 6800 square meters. There is currently no threat of further spread of the fire.

On the night of June 2, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 80 strike Shahed-type UAVs and various types of imitation drones. Three ballistic missiles 'Iskander-M'/KN-23 and one cruise missile 'Iskander-K' were also launched.
The Security Service of Ukraine is actively conducting operation 'Web', aimed at targeting aviation in Russia. The head of this operation is the chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Maliuk. Strikes were carried out on over 40 enemy military aircraft, including A-50, Tu-95, and Tu-22 M3. The total losses of enemy aviation are estimated at more than $2 billion. In addition, besides the 'Belyaya' airbase in the Irkutsk region of the Russian Federation, enemy airfields in the Murmansk, Ryazan, Moscow, and Ivanovo regions have also been targeted.
