Humanity Will Soon Face Superintelligence: ChatGPT Creator Made a Statement.

Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT, stated that humanity will soon face the emergence of superintelligence. He believes that this will lead to an era of "general prosperity." Altman noted that although the development of superintelligence may take longer than he expected, it is now only a matter of Time. He predicts that in the future, people will be able to achieve amazing things that were considered magic in the past. Altman believes that this ability will depend on a smarter and more efficient society, which can be called a form of collective intelligence.
According to Altman, "over time, people have become significantly more capable; right now we are doing the impossible for previous generations." He believes that artificial intelligence will be able to solve complex tasks and open new opportunities for humanity.
In the future, according to Altman, every person will be able to use a "personal AI team" that will help solve everyday tasks, and "virtual experts" will simplify our lives. Virtual mentors will help children with education. As a result, all people will be able to receive quality education and necessary skills, ensuring their success in a world with a wide range of professions and leading to unprecedented prosperity.
However, the development of artificial intelligence may lead to a shortage of copper, according to Vandita Pant, Chief Financial Officer of the mining company BHP Billiton. Data centers are currently consuming less than 1% of copper, but by 2050, this figure will increase to 6-7%.
It is worth noting that in recent months, users of artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT from OpenAI, have noticed a decline in the quality of the system's responses, which have become more foolish and "lazy."
