Former NATO commander in Kosovo, General Wesley Clark, reported that Russia intends to capture Odessa. He noted that Russia is trying to create a threat to Kharkiv and Sumy, but its true strategic goal is Odessa. The general also emphasized that Ukraine lacks the resources to defeat the Russian war machine and needs to convince Putin that he cannot win the war. Earlier, captured Russian soldiers confirmed that they were ordered to reach the administrative border between Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
