No data in the state register: PFU explained how to report the employment of a young specialist.

Changes in rules for providing information about employment of new employees
The PFU reported changes in the rules for providing information about the employment of new employees. Now employers are required to report the hiring of an employee or the conclusion of a gig contract before the start of their employment. This requirement applies to all enterprises and organizations that must submit relevant information to the territorial body of the State Tax Service. The innovation is intended to ensure timely updating of data in the register of insured persons.
Particular attention is paid to situations with the employment of young specialists, information about whom may be absent in the Register of Insured Persons. Thanks to the new order, personnel officers will be able to submit information about such an employee the day after their acceptance, as data about them will already be entered into the state register.
The changes are also related to the issue of reserving conscripts during martial law. Currently, employers will be able to timely submit necessary information about labor relations through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This will contribute to more effective management of human resources in special period conditions.
