The National Hockey League refuted the statements of Mikhail Degtyarev about the preparation of matches between Russia and the USA. NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly stated that there are currently no such plans.

In other news, Francesco Totti, the world football champion and former captain of 'Roma', visited Russia as a special guest at an event organized by one of the Russian bookmakers.
