The USAID Office in Ukraine received an urgent directive from Washington.

The official order from the American Agency for International Development (USAID) has suspended the work of the Ukrainian USAID agency. The reason for this was the order from the U.S. State Department to temporarily halt aid programs to other countries for 90 days.
USAID has actively funded various development projects in Ukraine, including the restoration of schools, medical services, and the repair of energy infrastructure. However, Ukrainian organizations received letters requesting them to suspend activities funded by American money.
One example is the 'Veteran Hub' project, which was forced to close its operations due to the suspension of funding. The project supported veterans and had its Hub in Vinnytsia.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that this directive should not affect military assistance to Ukraine, and diplomatic representatives even urged U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to exclude Ukraine from this decision.
According to the information provided, military assistance to Ukraine does not fall under the directive that suspended foreign aid programs for 90 days.
