This brigade is the first to receive Himars systems in Ukraine and provides artillery support for the defense of Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions.

Earlier, it was reported that rumors about a possible offensive on Zaporizhia have been spreading since March, but they should be perceived as hostile informational-psychological operations. This was stated by the head of the Zaporizhia OVA, Ivan Fedorov, at a briefing. He also noted that in the village of Komyshuvakha, located 20 km from the front line, they decided not to start building an underground school, as this could lead to 'incorrect assessments.'
