A survey showed how Americans assess Trump's position on the war in Ukraine.

The majority of Americans doubt the positive outcome of US President Donald Trump's approach to ending the Russian-Ukrainian war. This is evidenced by the results of a CNN survey.
According to the survey, 59% of Americans believe that Trump will not be able to achieve peace between Russia and Ukraine, considering it unlikely or impossible. Only 41% believe that his approach could lead to peace, albeit with a small probability.
About 59% of Americans do not approve of Trump's policy toward Russia, and 55% negatively assess his overall approach to the situation in Ukraine.
Half of the respondents (50%) believe that Trump's position on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict harms the interests of the US, while 29% consider his actions beneficial for the country. Another 20% believe it makes no significant difference.
According to the results of the survey, only 30% of Americans believe that Trump's decisions have improved the international status of the US, while 54% think they have worsened it.
There is also some skepticism among Republicans regarding Trump's foreign policy. Specifically, 15% of Republicans believe that his decisions harm US positions, 18% think his approach to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict worsens the situation for America, and 28% doubt that his strategy can ensure lasting peace between the warring countries.
In contrast, Democrats predominantly view Trump's foreign policy negatively.
This survey was conducted by SSRS on behalf of CNN from March 6 to 9. A total of 1206 adult Americans participated in the study. The margin of error for the entire sample is ±3.3 percentage points.
The survey results show that 72% of Americans perceive Ukraine as an ally or friendly country. At the same Time, the overwhelming majority (81%) consider Russia a hostile or unfriendly state.
Attitudes toward Russia have noticeably worsened since 2014 when Crimea was occupied. If then 25% of Americans viewed Russia as an enemy, now this figure has almost doubled to 44%.
Regarding aid to Ukraine in the war with Russia, American opinions are divided into three groups: 32% believe that the US is providing too much aid, 38% think the amount of aid is insufficient, while 30% consider the current level of support optimal.
It should be noted that Duda said how Trump could 'press' Putin with Ukraine.
