Disability Pension: Called the Experience Required for Payments to Different Groups.

Disability and Pension in Ukraine
In Ukraine, a disability pension is awarded to individuals who have completely or partially lost their ability to work. Disability can occur at any moment - during work, before employment, or after it. This information is provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The appointment of the pension depends on the conclusions of the medical and social examination, which determine the cause, group, Time of occurrence, and duration of the disability. People with disabilities are entitled to a pension depending on the group of disability and the necessary insurance experience at the time of disability occurrence or the time of applying for the pension.
The duration of the disability pension depends on the established group of disability. Individuals in Group I need one to ten years of insurance experience, while for Groups II and III, it is one to fourteen years.
The amount of the pension is determined by percentages of the old-age pension, depending on the disability group: 100% for Group I, 90% for Group II, and 50% for Group III.
To receive a pension from the day the disability group is established, one must apply no later than three months afterward. If this deadline is missed, the pension will only be awarded from the date of the application.
There is also a separate norm for individuals who became disabled during military service or were injured during protests during the Revolution of Dignity in 2013-2014. In such cases, the disability pension is granted regardless of insurance experience.
It is important to remember tax obligations regarding land for individuals with disabilities.
