In the verdict of the Balaklei District Court, it is noted that a pensioner from Kharkiv region showed the occupiers a place to place their equipment and fed Russians at checkpoints, as well as helped to set up positions for shelling nearby villages.
For his assistance, the pensioner received a stolen tractor, food, and fuel from a local agricultural company from the Russians.
The court ruled to impose a fine on the pensioner and deprive him of the right to hold positions related to the functions of the state and local self-government for 15 years. In addition, his property will be confiscated.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine detained two individuals in the Dnipropetrovsk region suspected of cooperating with Russian special services to adjust enemy strikes on targets in the region.
