South Korea considers supplying lethal weapons to Ukraine – Media.

Ukraine may receive lethal weapons from South Korea. This is reported by the South Korean news agency News1.kr. The authorities of the Republic of Korea are considering this possibility as a response to the sending of North Korean military personnel to Ukraine to participate in the war on the Russian side.
The President's Office announced its readiness to consider all scenarios of sending North Korean special units to Russia and to prepare response measures. In particular, a decision was made to supply lethal weapons to Ukraine if the situation worsens in the future. Specific countermeasures are not disclosed yet, to maintain strategic ambiguity. However, it is noted that support for defensive weapons and even offensive weapons might be considered if the restrictions seem excessive.
Specific decisions will depend on the level of military cooperation between Russia and North Korea. If this indicator exceeds acceptable limits for Seoul, South Korea might provide Ukraine with lethal weapons.
Earlier, Seoul announced the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine. If illegal military cooperation between North Korea and Russia continues, Pyongyang may receive a strong response from Seoul.
