Violations of rights by TCC employees: Lubyinets reported an increase in complaints.


In 2025, the number of rights violations during the mobilization of TCC employees is increasing. These violations have been recorded in appeals and verified in the media. This was reported by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubyinets.
In the last 2.5 months, the Ombudsman's Office has received more than 40 individual complaints about violations in the Kharkiv region. These violations include the denial of access to lawyers, the use of force and weapons, refusal to accept documents, and other offenses.
It is important to note that every such case does not go unnoticed - I and my representative in the Kharkiv region promptly respond to such incidents to ensure compliance with human rights.
Lubyinets added that recently the media published at least three videos in which cyclists were hit by cars, and then people in uniforms treated them brutally and placed them in cars.
A clash occurred in Kharkiv between TCC military personnel and civilian men. A TCC employee used traumatic weapons against a man with a brass knuckles. Previously, videos of a clash between men in military uniforms and civilians, who claimed that TCC and SP employees beat a conscript and used weapons against him, were spread on social networks.
According to a TCC representative, the conflict arose when TCC and SP military personnel checked the documents of two civilians.
Also, on the morning of March 19 in Kremenchuk, a local man shot at an RTC employee with a traumatic pistol. This occurred during a document check. According to the Main Department of the National Police in the Poltava region, a police officer and a RTC serviceman noticed a suspicious passerby while patrolling the city of Kremenchuk. Attempting to check the documents, the man shot at the soldier and wounded his leg.
A video was also circulated on social networks showing an unknown man with a pistol trying to avoid detention by TCC representatives. This is reported by the Volyn Regional TCC and SP.
