Missiles and over 60 drones. It became known how the air defense worked at night.


According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of November 3 at 09:00, Ukrainian forces downed 66 Russian drones and an X-59/69 missile.
On the night of November 3, an enemy attack was repelled by Ukrainian defense forces. The enemy struck with an aviation missile and drones from different directions. Ukrainian military thwarted this attack using anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, and other means.
Defense results
According to the data obtained at 09:00, 66 enemy drones and an X-59/69 missile were downed. Approximately 27 drones are lost, one flew to Belarus. Two more enemy drones remain active.
Attack on Kyiv
Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv city military administration, reported in Telegram about the attack on the capital of Ukraine by drones. This attack lasted over five hours and was repelled by Ukrainian defense forces. During the night, an air alert was announced twice in the city.
As a result of the attack, drone debris fell in the Shevchenkivskyi and Holosiivskyi districts of Kyiv. A fire occurred and a building was damaged.
Consequences
The fire was extinguished, rescuers evacuated 18 residents of the building. One person was injured. Restoration work is currently underway.
