Rocket strike on Kharkiv: civilian production damaged, 11 people injured
Russian forces carried out a missile strike on the city of Kharkiv, resulting in damage to civilian enterprises. According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the number of injured has reached 11 people, one of whom is in serious condition. Currently, three injured are in the hospital.
Later, Terekhov clarified that several rockets, not just one, were launched at the city. The exact type of weapon used to strike civilian targets is being determined.
A massive fire occurred at the scene
Head of the OVA Vitaliy Sinehubov stated that the Russian Federation struck the Industrial District of Kharkiv with a CAB.
Approximately two people are trapped under the rubble at the site of the strike. Rescuers are trying to assist them.
As of 11:54, the number of injured has increased to 16, Terekhov reported.
At 12:35, Sinehubov announced that the number of affected people had risen to 21. Of these, 17 are in the hospital.
