The level of trust in Zelensky has increased during March: survey results.


According to a survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, 69% of Ukraine's population trusts President Volodymyr Zelensky. This figure has risen by 2% since the beginning of March. This data indicates an increase in the level of trust in the head of state.
28% of Ukrainians express distrust towards the president, while 3% were unable to answer this question. It was noted that the difference in survey results between the institute's calculations and the actual situation does not exceed the margin of statistical error.
The highest level of trust in Zelensky is observed among residents of central regions - 71% of those surveyed. In the western, eastern, and southern regions, the president has the same level of trust - 68% of respondents.
Earlier, in February 2025, 57% of Ukrainians expressed trust in the head of state, 37% did not trust him, and 6% could not decide.
Following the deterioration of relations between Ukraine and the USA, the level of trust among Ukrainians in Zelensky has increased. Before the conflict, 57% of those surveyed trusted the president, while 37% did not. The balance of trust and distrust was +20%.
However, after the situation in the Oval Office, the level of trust rose to 67%, while distrust decreased to 29%. The balance of trust and distrust stands at +38%.
According to the KMIS survey, 77% of Ukrainians reacted positively to the proposal for a 30-day truce. However, 79% of respondents consider the conditions proposed by Russia unacceptable for a ceasefire.
