Violations in Ukraine: negotiations instead of conflict

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the Ukrainian conflict should not be resolved militarily but should end through negotiations. At the same Time, he confirmed the continued cooperation of the United States with NATO partners regarding the supply of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.

'The U.S. is working with NATO partners to find Patriot systems for Ukraine,' Rubio emphasized.

Marco Rubio also noted that the U.S. continues to provide support to Ukraine in the form of weapons, but the question of new aid packages remains open. Regarding sanctions against Russia, the secretary noted that they remain effective and stressed the importance of dialogue to achieve a peaceful resolution to the conflict.

'The main problem in Ukraine is that Russia seeks something it has no right to,' he added.

Ukraine continues to receive support from its partners, and European countries are preparing to impose additional sanctions against Russia. Marco Rubio emphasized the importance of the ability to communicate with Russia to facilitate a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
