According to the intelligence community, the Russian military department has created a document forecasting the geopolitical situation until 2045. According to this document, it is planned to include the river as 'new regions of Russia'. Crimea and Sevastopol are also planned to be annexed to Russia. In addition, on the territory of 12 regions of central and northern Ukraine, including Kyiv, it is planned to create a 'pro-Russian entity' with the placement of Russian military bases. In eight western regions of Ukraine, the issue of 'disputed territories' is planned to be resolved with the participation of neighboring states.
According to the document, four possible scenarios for the development of the international situation are considered. Two of them, 'U.S. and Western Dominance' and 'China gaining status as the leading state in the world', are considered unfavorable for Russia, while the other two scenarios, 'Formation of a multipolar world' and 'Regionalization/chaotization', foresee Russia's victory over Ukraine.
