The Vovchansky Aggregate Plant in Vovchansk is being targeted by Russian troops. This was reported by an officer of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Kostya Hordiienko with the call sign 'Historian'.

According to him, all enemy attacks so far have been unsuccessful.

'This object is interesting to the enemy due to the availability of shelters, as well as the fact that the territory of the plant goes to the Vovcha River. However, all attempts to capture it have failed - the plant remains under the control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine,' said 'Historian'.

According to the military, the plant's buildings are destroyed, but the occupiers can use shelters and basements to place their troops before storming Ukrainian positions.

'At the tactical and operational level, our command is acting very coherently. Commanders at the local level - of sections, companies, and battalions - effectively build the defense of the city, so the enemy cannot yet realize their plans,' the military summarized.

Recently, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted a strike on an enemy military facility near the village of Yelyzavetivka in the Kursk region. As a result of the strike, the stronghold of the 28th Rifle Battalion of the 60th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was destroyed, which was used for launching drones that attacked Ukrainian defenders in the Sumy region.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the occupiers' oil refinery in the Saratov region of the Russian Federation. According to the General Staff, the affected plant produces various types of petroleum products that are used by the Russian occupation army.
