Russian troops have slowed down their advance near Pokrovsk: reason.

The occupiers have seized the village of Zaporizhzhia in Donetsk region
Over the past one and a half weeks, the enemy's advance activity in the Pokrovsk area has significantly decreased. This was reported by the analytical resource DeepState, citing data from Glavkom.
One of the most active areas on the Pokrovsk front is the Srebnoe region. After assaults, the occupiers fully captured the village of Zaporizhzhia and are attempting to continue their attack in the direction of Preobrazhenko-Troitskoe-Horikhove. The Kotlyne-Udachne, Uspenivka, Pishchane, and Vozdvizhne areas also remain active.
Over the past one and a half weeks, the enemy's advancements have decreased, and the number of assault actions has fallen.
According to analysts, the Russian army in the Pokrovsk area is facing logistical and resource issues. The rotation of personnel, evacuation of the seriously wounded, supply of ammunition, medical support, and food create noticeable difficulties. The occupiers also use civilian vehicles and horses for assaults.
DeepState forecasts the regrouping of the enemy after significant advances and the release of resources from other directions, which may increase activity in the Pokrovsk area. Currently, the Russian army is actively operating in the Kurakhove and Velyka Novosilka area.
Drones play an important role in disrupting logistics and concentrating enemy forces, as well as halting assault actions, analysts explain.
During the three years of the war, the Russian Federation has spent 22.2 trillion rubles (approximately 248.5 billion dollars) and 316 billion rubles to capture one square kilometer of Ukrainian territory. According to experts from Harvard Kennedy School, since 2022, Russia has occupied 70,050 square kilometers of Ukrainian territory.
Despite the negative impact on the economy, Russia has no plans to stop its military aggression against Ukraine. The Kremlin is preparing regions for economic constraints to finance the war, reports the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
