Sybiga to Visit India: Talks on Peace and Economic Cooperation.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is heading to India
From March 17 to 19, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiga will embark on a working trip to the Republic of India. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bilateral talks between the head of Ukraine's MFA and Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and other Indian officials are planned in New Delhi.
The main goal of the visit will be the minister's participation in one of the largest geopolitical forums in Asia, the Raisina Dialogue.
On the sidelines of the conference, bilateral meetings between Andrii Sybiga and the heads of foreign ministries from several countries in South and Southeast Asia and Africa are expected, the MFA reported.
'As part of the visit, the minister will also visit Mumbai, where he will hold a series of meetings aimed at expanding interregional economic cooperation between Ukraine and India, and participate as the guest of honor at a special Ukrainian-Indian business forum. Key topics of the negotiations will include advancing towards a just peace in Ukraine and India's role in this process, the development of bilateral Ukrainian-Indian cooperation, and strengthening Ukraine's ties with the states of the Indo-Pacific region,' the foreign office noted.
In addition, the focus of the meetings will be on expanding Ukraine's diplomatic presence in the South Asian region, enhancing trade, and enabling Ukrainian exporters to access additional Asian markets.
