The USA does not see signs of the presence of DPRK troops on the territory of Ukraine.

The Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Secretary of Defense stated that there is no evidence of North Korean military presence in Ukraine. She also noted that the U.S. can confirm the presence of North Korea in the Kursk region, but there is no data yet on the movement of troops to Ukrainian territory.
The question about the death of 500 North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region remains unanswered. The Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Secretary of Defense could not confirm or deny this information.
It was previously reported that Ukrainian forces spotted North Korean soldiers in the Kharkiv direction. President Zelensky also stated that the number of North Korean troops in Russia has increased to 11,000 and may have risen to as many as 100,000 soldiers.
At the same Time, the Russian army is preparing for a counteroffensive and to push the Armed Forces of Ukraine out of the Kursk region. However, the number of Russian troops in the Kursk region is not critical, according to the Institute for the Study of War.
The question remains whether Russia will manage to regain the Kursk region before Donald Trump's inauguration on January 20. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have managed to capture many occupiers and take equipment out of Ukraine as a result of operations in the Kursk region.
