Now without TCC: young men can register for military service through 'Reserve+'.

Young men aged 17-25 will be able to provide all necessary information for registration directly in Reserve+ without visiting TCC and SP.
This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko in her Facebook post.
On Tuesday, December 3, parliament supported in the first reading the draft law No. 12076, which allows 17-year-old young men to automatically register for military service through Reserve+ after reaching the appropriate age.
'Yesterday, another important step forward was taken – the important bill 12076 was successfully defended in the first reading, which we have been working on in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Our state must be ready to quickly mobilize all its resources to defend its sovereignty and security. At the same Time, we must maintain a balance between state protection and citizens' rights. However, the registration process still remains complicated and bureaucratic. This creates difficulties for both those liable for military service and TCC and SP themselves. This is especially true for citizens temporarily staying abroad but remain ready to fulfill their duty to the homeland,' - explained Chernohorenko.
She also pointed out that thanks to the mobile application of the Ministry of Defense, citizens of Ukraine aged 17 to 25 will be able to provide all necessary information for registration directly in Reserve+ without visiting TCC and SP, even if they are abroad.
'I am proud that in difficult conditions we managed to unite parliamentarians, experts, and the public around the goal. This is our common success, a step towards making new technologies a reality for every citizen. 249 parliamentarians voted FOR, thank you!!! Thank you to everyone who supported, inspired, and believed in this idea. There is still a lot of work ahead, but I am convinced: if you have faith and knowledge - nothing is impossible,' - added the Deputy Minister of Defense.
Recall that Blinken urged Ukraine to make important decisions regarding mobilization.
