Thousands of Americans Stranded at Airports Ahead of Christmas Due to Technical Glitch.


American Airlines has reported that it is experiencing serious technical issues ahead of Christmas. As a result, the airline has suspended all its flights to the U.S. The Federal Aviation Administration has also confirmed this information.
'We are currently facing a technical problem on all American Airlines flights,' the company stated.
All flights of American Airlines have been postponed indefinitely for the safety of passengers. The company emphasized that passenger safety is their top priority and once they fix the issue, they will ensure safe transport of passengers to their destinations.
American Airlines hopes to transport nearly 12.7 million customers during the holiday season. At the same Time, the Transportation Security Administration plans to check about 40 million travelers, which is 6% more than last year.
The Ukrainian airline SkyUp plans to launch regular flights from Chișinău to popular European destinations in the spring.
Senior partner at insurance broker Marsh McLennan, Crispin Allison, stated that the airport in Lviv could be restored by 2025, despite the war. He also reported that Kyiv is negotiating with European aviation authorities and airlines about resuming flights.
The Latvian airline AirBaltic has developed a plan to resume flights to Ukraine and will begin operations as soon as the airspace is reopened.
