Fire in an apartment in Dnipro: a man injured
In the city of Dnipro, in the Paryssnyy Lane, a fire occurred in an apartment during which a man suffered injuries, reports the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Today, February 9, the rescue service '101' received a report about a fire in a 16-storey building in the Novokodatskyi district of Dnipro.
Extinguishing the fire and rescuing the victim
According to the State Emergency Service, during the fire, an apartment on the second floor was burning. The fire engulfed items over an area of 25 square meters. Firefighters, during the firefighting operation, carried a man out of the burning apartment and handed him over to medical staff.
The man with burns was hospitalized, the State Emergency Service reports.
Similar incidents in Kryvyi Rih
We also recall that a fire occurred in a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih. Emergency Service workers rescued a child and evacuated people in the building, helping the injured.
At night, the rescue service '101' received a report about a fire in the Pokrovskyi district of Kryvyi Rih. It was established that the fire broke out in an apartment on the third floor of a nine-storey building. During the firefighting operation, rescuers saved a child and evacuated 13 people. In addition, two women and a man were injured.
Fatal fire in Kirovohrad region
Earlier, in the Kirovohrad region, a teenage girl died during a fire, while a man and a woman were injured. According to the State Emergency Service, on February 8, a report was received about a fire on Berezovaya Street in the village of Neopalymyvka in Kropyvnytskyi district. Rescuers, upon arriving at the scene, found the body of a 15-year-old girl and two injured persons who were hospitalized.
