The Ministry of Defense explained the Algorithm for remote account opening for family members of foreign military personnel.

The Social Welfare Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has developed an Algorithm for remote account opening for family members of foreign military personnel. This algorithm concerns those who fight alongside the warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russian aggressors but have died, gone missing, or been captured.
According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the algorithm includes a step-by-step plan for family members of foreign military personnel regarding receiving financial support and other payments.
To receive all payments, applicants must contact the Embassy of Ukraine in their country of residence and submit the appropriate documents.
The algorithm includes:
1. Family members of foreign military personnel who have died, gone missing, or been taken captive must visit the Embassy of Ukraine in the place of residence to verify identity and check legal capacity;
2. Authorize a representative in Ukraine with Ukrainian citizenship (lawyer, representative) to submit a set of documents to the territorial recruitment and social support center;
