In Poland, the first projects of the NATO-Ukraine center have been agreed: when JATEC will start working.

Ukraine and NATO agreed on the action algorithm for creating the Joint Center JATEC.
The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that a meeting was held in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz, where the creation of a new NATO-Ukraine joint center for analysis, preparation, and education (JATEC) was discussed. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Defense Minister Anatoliy Klochko.
This center is being created as part of the implementation of the decisions made during the Washington Summit of the Alliance and will become the first joint institution between Ukraine and NATO. It will help Ukraine integrate into the Alliance structures, share experiences, and seek solutions to strengthen defense capabilities.
'The center will help Ukraine integrate into the structures of the Alliance, promote the exchange of experiences between the parties, and seek solutions to strengthen the defense capabilities of Ukraine and NATO,' said Brigadier General Anatoliy Klochko.
The participants of the meeting discussed the implementation of measures to establish the Center and confirmed plans to begin its operation at the beginning of 2025. This includes agreeing on legal procedures, ensuring Ukraine's participation in governance and decision-making processes.
Among the participants were NATO Assistant Secretary General Thomas Goffus, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation Admiral Pierre de Villiers, General Manager of the NATO Communications and Information Agency Ludwig Decamps, and Senior NATO Representative in Ukraine Patrick Turk.
They also discussed the creation of an information and communication system for secure data exchange between Ukraine and NATO. Ukraine will be the first partner country with which the Alliance will create such a system.
They also agreed on the first urgent projects that the Center will start working on.
It’s worth noting that Rutte made a statement about Trump and NATO.
