Free evening schools for Ukrainians to open in Poland: in which cities.

Poland is preparing to open free evening schools for Ukrainian teenagers. This educational project, implemented with the support of the international humanitarian organization CAR, will begin its work in September 2024 and will last the entire school year.
This was reported by the portal yavpl.
The "Unbreakable Ukraine" initiative creates a unique educational space for students in grades 8-11. The curriculum includes mathematics, Ukrainian, Polish, and English, as well as history. Particular attention is paid to preparing eighth-graders for the Polish final exam, while students in grades 9-10 will have the opportunity to fill gaps in their knowledge. Special preparation for external independent assessment is provided for graduates.
Classes will be held in four cities:
- Poznań: os. Jagiellońskie 128, 61-223 Poznań
- Gdańsk: ul. Rogalinska 17, 80-809 Gdańsk
- Łódź: Plac Wolności 12, 91-415 Łódź
- Warszawa: Al. Jerozolimskie 179, 02-222 Warszawa
The project goes beyond traditional education, including social and cultural components. Students will visit museums and cinemas, participate in board games, and receive necessary psychological support. Career orientation will be an important part of the program: twice a month, teenagers will meet with Polish professionals from various fields to learn more about employment prospects.
Those wishing to participate in the project can apply through an online form. After registration, participants will receive detailed information about the class schedule and an invitation to the school.
