At night in Russia, a fire occurred at a traction substation on the Trans-Siberian railway in Mariinsk, Kemerovo region. This was reported by local media.
As a result, the city was left without power and train traffic was halted.
The fire was extinguished at night, but it stopped train traffic for two hours.
According to the transport prosecutor's office, the fire was caused by a technical malfunction.
